Note:
There are known refugee camps inaccessible to our monitoring teams
either due to remoteness or prevented by the military. Many also
are staying with relatives and are not registered as "displaced
persons".
Latest Info: Chairman of the Coordinating unit for Disaster Relief
Management for Aceh, Azwar Abubakar said that 5,185 houses had been
torched and more than 15,000 people had been forced from their homes
during the past two years, 2000-2001.
